About Nikki

Nikki became a part of our family. My mother trusted her with her care and with helping to make crucial decisions. She contacted the necessary family members when needed or with questions but was always one step ahead and had great instinct for things that needed to be done or were of concern. She became my eyes and ears at doctor's appointments and with her continuous care at the house. She allowed my mother to speak but would help her in remembering the questions she wanted to ask and what to relay to the family after speaking with people. We had Nikki full-time and for part of the time 4-24hr shifts/week. She was always willing to assist when needed, pick up hours if we were in a bind and cared deeply for my mother. During the day when my mother was stable, she would run to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc to ensure all household duties were taken care of. She also is a good cook and baker which was definitely an added bonus. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Nikki!
