About Liz

Caring for others comes naturally to me. My grandmother lived with dementia, and I understand the challenges families face. I have years of experience providing compassionate senior care because my grandmother lived with me while having dementia. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I respect the independence of those in my care. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I provide verbal updates, text, or phone calls. I follow the family's preferred communication method. I have completed some college and hold current CPR and First Aid Training. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm ready to bring my skills and caring heart to your family.
