About Tamara

For the last 20 years, I have provided compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My experience includes respite care, live-in home care, hospice services, and support for individuals with dementia, just to name a few. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide assistance with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and physical activity. I am patient, calm, and prioritize earning trust when building connections. I follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I have a college degree, current CPR and First Aid Training, and a reliable vehicle. I am also comfortable with pets.
