In-home providers are exempt from licensing in New Jersey, but I have the same curriculum as other daycares. It all begins in my nursery/playroom where your child will start their journey of growth and discovery from tummy time to crawling and beyond. I offer lots of toys for each developmental stage, books, daily arts and crafts, learning activities for all ages, personal and individual attention (which is so important in the early ages), pre-K3 until 1st Grade preparedness and a big yard for outside play. I provide a caring, safe and clean environment in a home-like setting. We bake cookies, pizzas e.g. on special occasions such as birthdays and holidays. Parents receive memorable pictures throughout the year. Daily circle time includes learning of colors, shapes, numbers and letters just to name a few. Starting at age 3, I give one-on-one teaching beginning with pencil control and tracing, then tracing letters and numbers until First Grade level.
