Days are structured, television time limited and my time is split equally among the children so that they each feel they are getting special individualized attention. Working with little ones and from my own experience as a parent, I have come to understand that children come into the world with a blank slate. Their experiences, environment, parents/guardians, as well as surroundings are what shape them into who they become.
