We are dedicated to a well-rounded, whole child approached with our care and education. Our mission is to ensure that all of our students are Kindergarten Ready and prepared academically, socially, and emotionally. Our curriculum starts at birth - each teacher creating classroom lesson plans on a monthly basis. Assessments are done on a bi-annual basis along with parent-teacher conferences starting with the toddler group (age 2 and up). All of our primary lead teachers either have degrees or a Child Development Associate credential or CDA. Every staff also has a mandatory 20 hours of training throughout the year to keep them up to date and current with the ever changing world of early childhood education. The NHAC is also dedicated to serving our clientele in ever aspect as well as being an active member in the community, offering outreach and remaining involved. We are a non-profit entity, open Monday through Saturday 7 am - 8 pm. in Deadwood and we are open at our Fort Mead site Monday through Friday 5:30 am - 6 pm.
