When my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer I knew he would need a lot of help, my grandfather is fortunate enough to have many family members including myself to help get him to his appointments as well as at home care, and that's when I decided to become a caregiver professionally. I've been a stay at home mom for the past 5 years, now that my daughter is getting older it's time for me to begin work. Prior to starting a family, I was a family law legal assistant. I loved it, but I've decided that caregiving is my calling.. It's so important for me to give back to my elders with time, care, companionship and more. I'm passionate about making people as comfortable as they possibly can be and making sure they still have their dignity. I can help with meal prep, med reminders, light housework, doctor's appointments, and transportation. I've also worked with clients with dementia. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and negative TB test. (I have a clean record).
