Natural Learners Montessori Academy is an in-home school, currently going through the process to be licensed.
At Natural Learners, we embrace childhood and pride ourselves on a student-led learning experience. Children are allowed to workindependently on the activities they choose from a vast array of materials in the classroom.
We follow a Montessori curriculum that is specifically tailored for children ages 1 years old - 4 years old and covers many subjects: practical life, geography, mathematics, language, and biology.
We promote self-sufficiency to the point of a child's capabilities. Even young toddlers can help set their place at the meal table, and clean up behind themselves if given direction.
Our menu is homemade. When it is possible, we purchase our food directly from local farmers.
In lieu of a traditional playground, we offer a natural playscape for our little learners. They are free to explore and build with various natural materials.
