Improve your singing, theory and sight-singing skills in an interactive and supportive setting. Have fun singing with other girls who love music! 1-4 years of previous musical training (vocal or instrumental) suggested. YWCP Choir Directors DanelleJohnson and Samantha Maas-Balwin, who both are Kodály-certified instructors, will lead this camp Monday-Friday July 27-31 in San Francisco. Girls will be broken up into an advanced and a beginner group. Daily activities include music theory, sight singing, and composing/creating games with a final Friday presentation for parents. Before and after-care available when paid in advance with registration. Before care 8:30-9:30 Mon-Fri, After-care 2:30-5:30 Mon-Thurs. Camp fee is $325 for full week tuition, and includes a camp t-shirt and all supplies. Before- and after-care fee is $50 for morning care (M-F) and $120 for afternoon care (M-TH).Read more
