Victory HHC took 5 weeks to arrange the services that my insurance company approved for me. First, they pretended that they could not speak English. Then they said the company was brand new and just starting services. They have been open for 37 years!!! They told me that an aide would have to watch me do all of the work so that they could learn how I like things done. If I could do all of the work, I certainly wouldn't need the help of a Home health aide.
