Truly Cherished was unbelievably helpful and kind when our family was in a time of need. My grandfather needed 24 hour assistance at home, especially when COVID restrictions would not allow family to visit him. The owner was sure to have someone working, passing off the shift to the next employee. Everyone we met was very sweet and had so many nice things to say about my grandfather. They enjoyed getting to know our family and organization was much easier than with other services we had tried. When something was needed, they recommended options for equipment or services we could buy. When my grandfather passed, they were sure to aid us through the process and provided comfort. Overall extremely pleased with Truly Cherished and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any family requiring home assistance for a loved one.

When my grandmother fell down injuring her hip, my family did not have the time nor experience to handle her seemingly speedy discharge from the hospital. My step father needed long term home care after a surgery, he likes them a lot which is so important to us, I feel he gets the best care and always looks neat and clean, he loves the staff, they are wonderful, whenever anything comes up the staff is ready to resolve it, we can sleep well at night knowing he is in good hands, and relieved we found great care for him.

To the review below, it is always possible to ask any company for the coverage page of their insurance policies. So, if you like the sound of this company, simply ask for their documentation showing W2 employees, workmans comp and if they have liability as for that as well. Coverage pages can be sent without giving privileged business information.

Always make sure the agency you hire is paying W2 employees, taxes and workmans comp insurance. Just sayin'. You can pay this agency as much as the next one but if they pay employees under the table they do not have all the costs associated with running a legal business. But there rates are no lower than anyone else. Do the math. I called this agency a month or two ago to inquire about service and was told they could not afford workmans comp insurance. So, if they hurt themselves in your home, you could be on the hook.

This is a great home care agency, after my mother broke her arm and was released from rehab we needed additional help for several weeks and they were there for us. They helped my mom with grooming and dressing, scheduling physical therapy and occupational therapy and afterwards ensuring that she did her exercise to regain strength so she could regain in assisted living. Their companionship, critical assistance and communication with our family was great.
