About The Villa At Ojai

We are licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services. We hold a dementia waiver, hospice waiver, as well as a bedridden waiver. Essentially, we have the ability to care for individuals of all levels and can care for them their entire lives if they choose. We provide 7 day a week care, full care. It is our goal to alleviate family members from care giving duties so that when they come to visit they can relax and enjoy time with a loved one. We do not hold specific visiting hours. Familyand friends are welcome at anytime! The Villa at Ojai is a 6 bed facility (we have no more than 6 residents at any given time). All of our staff lives on site allowing for a consistency in care and a family environment. Since we are a smaller facility we are able to cater to the specific needs of each resident. We encourage feedback from family to help get their loved ones settled in. Some of the daily services we provide to our residents are medication management, all personal hygiene needs, activities (live music, reading, movies), meal preparation and adherence to specific diet plans, bedside call systems, incontinence care and much more. On a personal note, I was motivated to start this business because of my experience when placing my father in a facility. I was in search of a place that was like home and have made it my mission to provide that to others. It is our goal to make the transition into an assisted living home as smooth as possible and to make sure that The Villa feels like home to each one of our residents.
