Staff was rude, lazy, and unreliable. Left early, arrived late, or didn't show up at all. Claimed to be trained professionals, and then refused to do even the most basic duties required, such as feeding and bandage changes. Made condescending remarks to the regular caregivers, and expected meals prepared for them by caregivers that were busy doing their job to care for the patient. Hid medication in cabinets instead of administering it. Transported and interacted with the patient without any respect, compassion, or patience. I wouldn't hire this company to care for a house plant, let alone a loved one.

Excellent company. I dealt with a representative Andre and he was extremely knowledgable, kept me comfortable and we moved forward using the Senior Company. Very happy so far and looking forward to our stress levels staying low!

Really easy to deal with. Used them for a few weeks while we transitioned mom to an assisted living. Calvin was really awesome and he helped make sure we were comfortable from the start. He even helped make sure everything went well with the move. Thanks everyone! Highly recommend
