The Nanny Mom was born out of a desire to ensure that parents can find the best nanny or sitters for their family needs. Juggling life and a career is a challenge in and of itself. Finding someone to help - that should be easier. That's where we come in.
Our agency is devoted to making the process easier. We start from the beginning, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and ensuring that each and every one of our staff members has the experience and disposition needed to make a great caregiver.
Owner Regina Stephenson, is a mother to three awesome kiddos and a professional nanny of eleven years. As a previous academic and dance instructor Regina, has a passion for the arts and most importantly watching children excel. She trains nannies and only seek individuals with a heart to serve children and families. It's her goal to provide parents with a seamless placement process that's loaded with tons of resources. As a parent and previous nanny she understand the importance of reliable, safe trust worthy child care.
