The Clermont Agency is a boutique nanny agency centered on placing pre-screened, experienced, educated nannies with exceptional families. We specialize in full-time career nanny placement but can accommodate a range of needs including part-time nanny placement, nannies for special needs children, household staffing placement, and consulting services.

Each Clermont nanny is pre-screened by our founder in a process that includes detailed resume reviews, in-person interviews, extensive reference checks, degree verification, and a comprehensive background check. Each Clermont nanny must possess the following:
-A minimum of 3 years of childcare experience
-Be able to make a full-time commitment of at least 30 hours or a part-time commitment of at least 20 hours with a family based on their needs
-Hold a bachelor's degree or be a current undergraduate candidate
-Be able to make a full-time commitment of 1 year or a part-time commitment of 9 months
-Be eligible to work in the U.S.
-Be CPR certified (or willing to undergo certification prior to hire)
