At The Bridge Christian Child Care, we believe that children learn best through hands-on experiences with age-appropriate equipment and under the guidance of individuals who are positive and encouraging. Therefore, we provide the children with a wide variety of age appropriate materials that allow for both practicing of skills and the development of new skills, staff interaction through play, and provide encouragement and positive reinforcement.
We believe that the child care provider should be well trained, professional, and have a genuine love for children. Therefore, all child care providers in our program meet the minimum requirements for child care in Wisconsin, are trained in working with families and children, and receive ongoing training and support.
