Tender Heart Senior Care provides non-medical companion care services
for seniors in their homes.
These services include but are not limited to:
Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and running errands.
We offer Hourly, Overnight and Weekend Care.
All companions are bonded/insured, background and thorough reference checks.

Working together with the family, we develop an Individualized Care Plan (ICP).
Based on our ICP, a companion iscarefully selected to match your loved one's needs. Weekly activity reports are shared with the family as communication is the key to outstanding companion care. <br/> <br/>Tender Heart Senior Care is family owned and operated by Susan and Matthew D. They have spent their working lives helping families live better. <br/> <br/>Susan has worked as a public school teacher at the elementary, middle and high school level, with a specialization in special education. She's been a strong advocate for student and partner rights. <br/>Matthew worked at Pfizer Inc. for more than 20 years managing their Health and Wellness programs. His expertise and areas of interest was promoting wellness to Pfizer retirees around the country. He educated seniors on the benefits and importance of making healthy life choices to support independent living.
