After a parent was verbally reprimanded for over stepping arbitrary and poorly communicated 'rules' from one rude and cross staff member, I have found the leadership at stay and play to be fully unprepared and uncooperative when dealing with conflict resolution. They involved unnecessary individuals, and belittled the concerns of the parent. They have a waiting list for students because it's one of the only places to accept children at 6:30 am, and charge a premium price for it. It seems as long as a parent is uninvolved in their operations they can manage just fine. But if you are a parent who likes to know the staff, talk to the other children as you transition your own child's day, or linger a few minutes longer than they expect, be prepared to be made unwelcome, especially if your actions are in the best interests of your own child and not their staffs' agenda for your child or themselves.

As a former teacher/supervisor at Stay and Play I found the staff to be genuinely caring and hard working. The children enjoyed the consistency of being well fed and activities involving their interests with room for creative play. Special programs and caregiver talents such as a bagpipe concert were great. I remember having a snake around my neck. What fun!
