This guy should be out of business. Appalling service, completely takes advantage of seniors, have aides that do nothing and refuse to file appropriate paperwork. Seriously doubt they are still licensed. Run away from this agency.

Aides don't do the basic job of cooking for patient but remember to feed themselves. Aides sneak out at night. Aides read, watch tv and don't try to help patient improve. Had 5 of them. Left for other agency.
