The success of EduKids is due to its strong curriculum and educational programming as well as its nurturing, devoted staff. Our trained caregivers understand each child s growing wonderment and expanding imagination andcater to each individual with love, attention, challenge and support. They know the correct questions to ask and implement the appropriate building blocks that lead to every child s academic and developmental success. Our high standards and accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) prove that our programs and environments are appropriate, engaging and safe.<br/><br/>Opened in 1989 as our very first center, the Orchard Park center was located in the heart of the Village directly across the street from the Middle School. In September 2015, we moved to North Buffalo Road, directly across the street from the Orchard Park Veterinary Center. EduKids is proud to call itself the only NAEYC Accredited childcare center in Orchard Park. Our team of loving, nurturing caregivers, led by an outstanding Center Director, has made EduKids the most trusted Early Childhood Education program among teachers and families in the Southtowns. This is also due, in part, to our strong relationship and involvement with the local community as we host multiple UPK classrooms for the Orchard Park School District. By remaining an integral part of this vibrant neighborhood, EduKids is able to provide you and your child with a strong sense of community and accomplishment. As is the case with all EduKids Centers, our curriculum is based in thoughtful lesson planning as well as healthy play, hygiene and nutrition.<br/><br/>Center Director Mary Jonmaire<br/>I have been the Director since 1997. I hold a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Master in Education from SUNY at Buffalo. Providing young children an environment to learn and grow has always been a passion of mine. That led me to EduKids. I have continued the NAEYC tradition of quality care as we strive to uphold the high standards of a Nationally Accredited program.
