All of our caregivers have current First Aid/CPR certifications and participate in ongoing home care training. Our company adheres to a strict quality over quantity hiring policy that ensures that our clients receive the highest quality service from the highest quality caregivers.
We want to ensure that our clients are able to remain in their familiar residential environment for as long as possible. We ensure this through the delivery of the three Es: Empowerment, Enrichment, and Education. When a client partners with us, they will receive at least one of the three Es with each home care visit!
