Not very dependable. The scheduler always calls and says that there is no caregiver for the day on the day that service is needed. I do not recommend this agency.

Be aware that this business will give you a hard time when getting your deposit back. The company requires you to place a deposit prior to starting services with them but does not refund your deposit in a timely manner. The owner, Ester Ramos, has been avoiding refunding clients their deposit, especially if the amount is large. I believe that if you're in the business of helping people, you should have the decency and morals to hold your end of the contract and be professional about it.

This review is from a disgruntled former employee who left the company. Our BIG PROBLEM is collecting payments for services rendered to clients who want and need services thereby affecting our cash flow to cover all expenses. Every attempt is made to reimburse these deposits after the clients account have been settled after termination of service. This former employee was not involved in the financial accounting of the business and was not aware of the billing process and payments.
