Rozz's daycare is very fun and loving. The two is a dynamic duo. Roslyn and Maurice has cared for the little young ones for a while and I can see the growth in both of them. There is always something to do in the care of their hands. Thank you for being so helpful and wonderful to all the children you have nutured over the last few years

We began the journey of raising our boys with Roslyn five years ago and our first has since moved through preschool and is starting kindergarten. We have been so pleased with the start he was given at RCLC. Rozz provided an environment that both challenged and encouraged him and that energy shows in how he's developed into the little boy he is.

Our second son is currently enrolled and along with our first absolutely adores Rozz, Donna and Maurice. We love that the kids are outside as much as possible and that the play space is thoughtful and engaging. Rozz goes above and beyond to accommodate
the needs of the children while providing a safe and diverse set of experiences. Equally great are the parents of the children and the children that our kids have had the great fortune to have as friends. Our relationship with Rozz and RCLC won't end when our children are no longer there.

Our older daughter went to Rozz's for four years. She has some special needs and Rozz was very helpful and taking extra time with her to teach her her letters and numbers etc.
Now our younger daughter goes to Rozz's and she loves it.
Rozz has tons of activities for the kids. She has a great playground in the yard with slides, swings, balance beams, mini rock climbing wall and a race car.
They never watch TV. Rozz does not have a TV in the daycare. They keep busy with art projects, books, music and play.

My baby started last October and we couldn't be happier with her care. We recommend this Center to all prospective parents, you'll be happy with Rozz and her staff, we were lucky she had an opening for us!

Our daughter Nora has been with Rozz since she was 6 months old and my husband and I cannot be happier with care she is receiving. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Rozz. Nora was a preemie and needed some extra care when it came to feeding. Rozz thought nothing of it and completely put my mind at ease. She was so patient from the beginning with Nora and cared so much about her well-being. Rozz spends so much extra time talking with me about how Nora is doing every day and is always available when I call to check in. Nora screeches with delight when we pull up to daycare and reaches out to Rozz and waves goodbye to me as soon as we walk in the door. Nora is absolutely thriving in Rozz's care. I am so happy to have found her and would recommend her to anyone.

My son has been attending Rozz's Creative Learning Center (RCLC) for the past 10 months. He has become very close to Roslyn, her husband Maurice and assistant Donna during this time. He feels so at home at her facility, that he does not want to leave at the end of each day! As a first time mother, it is very comforting to know that my son is in a caring and nurturing environment during the day.

Roslyn and her staff are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond what you would expect of a caretaker. They capture pictures of my son during the day and regularly give me an update on what he has been doing and working on in daycare. Roslyn is always available to speak to throughout the day and has been great about keeping close communications with my husband and I with any concerns pertaining to our son, who has a lot of allergies.

The staff takes great pride in the development of each child. RCLC engages the children with enriching activities including art, music, reading and other problem solving activities. She organizes trips and gatherings for the children and parents throughout the year which have been a great opportunity to meet other parents. I highly recommend this facility if you a seeking a reputable smaller day care center in Baltimore City.

Our daughter Eloise has been going to Rozz's Creative Learning Center for 8 months now and we couldn't be more pleased with Rozz and all of the other care givers. They are very much like family to us. When we turn the corner to arrive at the daycare, Eloise starts laughing and clapping and can't wait to get inside. Eloise has formed a strong bond with all of the caregivers at the center. Their genuine excitement to see Eloise at the start of each day is truly what makes us feel like our daughter is being cared for by family. I think Donna and Rozz have more pictures of Eloise that I do :)

Rozz puts so much effort into working on the development of each child at the center. She takes her job very seriously and it shows. The children and babies are engaged in age appropriate learning activities throughout the day. The center has a nice yard with a great playground. We love that they are frequently outside. The center is very clean, well organized and full of great toys and art supplies.

We also very much appreciate how much Rozz is engaged with the parents. She is also very generous and has let us borrow baby carriers and various other items when we have travels.

We will be going to Rozz's Creative Learning Center for many years to come and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller home day care center for their baby or young child.

Rozz's Creative Learning center is wonderful. My daughter has been there for about 3 years now. Rozz is always keeping the children busy with age appropriate lessons, art projects, outdoor activities, story time and music time. She takes the time to know what stage of development each child should be at and helps them with age appropriate activities. Our daughter has a speech delay and a speech therapist comes to the center twice a week. Rozz has been very proactive and working with the therapist to help improve her speech.
The kids do lots of art project. Our daughter Hayden is always coming home with new masterpieces. I think it is great that she is not only developing the kids intellect but also their creativity.
I would recommend Rozz's creative Learning center highly.

We love Rozz!!! Our son Holden stayed with Rozz from about 4 months until he was 2. I can't imagine what I would have done without her. Not only does she surround the children with love and attention, but she teaches them all kinds of things. This isn't babysitting: Rozz takes seriously the idea that she is there to help the children grow--and she does, in all kinds of ways. She teaches them letters, music, and art; she shows them how to behave; she teaches them to eat with utensils and sit properly at the table; she teaches them how to get along with each other; and she teaches them about being a good and happy person, by being such an amazing person herself. Her husband Maurice was also an important part of Holden's childhood. When he gets home from work, he often joins Roz, her aides, and the kids; as a result, often when I picked Holden up, the whole family was gathered together with the children. Rozz's was like Holden's home away from home, because she is generous with her affection and time and generous enough to share her home and family with the children she cares for. I can't say enough about how grateful I feel that Holden was able to grow up with her guiding the first few years of his life.

We sent our daughter to Rozz from age 3 months to close to 3 years. I am so grateful that we found her. Our daughter loved going to Rozz's and still asks to visit. My daughter knows her letters and numbers thanks to Rozz who really relished teaching her and seeing her learn. More importantly, Rozz kept her safe and happy. She always looked out for our daughter's best interest, and still does. Our daughter still brings up books she read and things she learned at Rozz's. I can't recommend her enough!!!

We are going on our 19th month with Rozz and we couldn't be more pleased. Between our son's development, Rozz's care of and attitude toward the children, and the environment she has created, Rozz's Creative Learning Center blends everything a parent could want. On top of that, our son loves being there.
