Recco new ownership doesn't care about anyone but themselves

My mother who has late stage Alzheimers was assigned 13-hrs per day live-in care. After a very bad experience with another agency, I selected Recco. It turned out to be another bad decision. My first experience was the Coordinator screaming at me because she demanded that I provide more comfort to the aides. I complained to the manager and they substituted another coordinator. I needed a caregiver break and decided to go away for 4 days for the New Year. I bought cameras so that I could make sure that the aides gave my mother proper care. In the middle of the day, the aide had left my mother alone and was curled up on the sofa in the middle of the day. I called to complain and the Coordinator screamed at me AGAIN that the aides needed to have a break during the day. This would be in addition to the 11-hr sleeping break!! This same aide added a streaming service for $40 per month which I had to cancel.
The worst part of this experience was that the same aide failed to offer my mother her medications. She had both my mobile & my brother's mobile, but never said a word. 2 days without meds resulted in my mother being hospitalized!! Recco did not even offer an apology. They sent their nurse to waive complete liability by removing my mom's meds from their plan of care. How does a person with late stage Alzheimers give herself daily meds?? So damn unacceptable.

When we were finally granted shift care, Recco said no aide could work more than 40 hrs. When I questioned them why one aide had 48 hrs? They told me that they could do what they want & that I should find a new agency. I did just that & good riddance
