Ready Hands Home Care is the preeminent Northern Virginia provider of in home assistance for seniors and others with functional limitations. Founded in 2002 by an Internal Medicine physician, Ready Hands has helped hundreds of families make it possible for their loved ones to remain safely in an independent setting. We employ upwards of 140 Certified Nurse Aides who help clients with personal care tasks, safety supervision, meal preparation, medication administration, household tasks and more.
From our offices in Alexandria and Manassas, Ready Hands serves Fairfax, Arlington and Prince Williams Counties and their enclosed communities. Both offices are licensed by the Virginia Department of Health and exclusively use W-2 employees for whom we assume all legal obligations of employment. We never use independent contractors. All client care is supervised by our full-time Registered Nurse supervisors.
