Our trained and experienced caregivers are certified in advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia care and are bonded and insured. All caregivers mustpass fingerprinted background checks, drug screens, reference checks and motor vehicle background checks, but we go above the industry norm in that we require all applicants to take an online psychological assessment to not only determine how they measure against established industry benchmarks for successful caregivers, but also to identify the potential for any risky behaviors such as theft, aggression, unreliability, substance abuse, etc. All caregivers are monitored. <br/><br/>There are no minimum hour requirements.
