This is not a good company to choose for care of your loved one. I am now an ex employee. I quit after my check was short week after week. This time my check was short 908$ I went there upset to ask for my money and they walked me out of the building with no check. I worked many hours for this company went to work anytime they called and needed me. I was the best employee they had. All they care about is their money, not the client or the staff. Very unprofessional. Rating ZERO

This company was very good for the first 3 months. They were very accommodating. After that is was always something with the employees. They would make up excuses as to why they didn't show up. My mom was not an easy client but at 81 yrs old they are set in their ways. They assured us her accommodations would be met. The aides would get dropped off knowing she needed transportation. We had to miss so many appointments. After leaving her with no aide for 4 wks. (After telling us every day she was coming the next day) They called my 81 yr old mom to tell her they are no longer keeping her on as a client. They didnt even have the curtsey to call me as I am POA!

Prestige is an amazing place to work for! The phone is always answered promptly and they have some of the best managers to work for! Anytime i have needed time off they have worked with me to make sure my clients needs will be met. Thank you for employing me!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete joke! They say they are open 24 hours but no one ever answers the phone. Their staff doesn't show up half of the time. Probably bc they call out and there is no one there to inform the patient's family. It is in professional and dangerous. My grandfather CANNOT be alone and there is just a complete disregard for the patients and their feelings with this company!!!! Worst caregiver service we have ever dealt with! They should be shut down by the BBB!!!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone unless you want your loved one to Never get the care you pay for!

Prestige is a great company to work for they understand that people's lives are very busy however we all have to work but not only are they Fair they're very compassionate because they're people too. Prestige has nice staff that are compassionate for their clients and they're safety to help keep the client comfortable in there own homes.
