Phenomenal Home Care Services. Is the best. I have been with them 2 years and counting. Mrs. Frazier is a totally awesome and kind loving woman of God. When I came to her 2 years ago to start caring for my son in the middle of Covid she explained to me what I needed to do. First step was getting him assessed through Social Services. It took a month for the process and I started caring for my son immediately as she had her part of paper work to complete. I had to get certified to be a PCA. It was a week long class well worth the training and experience of learning. Ms. Tangi her daughter is also Phenomenal as I had an emergency and let me tell you how Phenomenal she was I was able to get the funds I needed when I had car problems. She actually Apple Pay me the funds. No other company has ever done what these Phenomenal ladies have done. I appreciate you and thank you all for your Phenomenal support.

I've with this company since 2020. Literally the best home care agency I've worked for! Phenomenal takes care of their clients and employees! If you haven't already stop by the office or give them a call to care for your loving family member/friend or simply put in an application to join the winning team. You won't be disappointed!

I have talked to the CEO and also the staff, was very down to earth and was very professional when talking to and always talked about the concerns of their clients and always want to go beyond and above that extra mile to make things even more phenomenal. Best home care in the Hampton road's area I've been with them over a year and haven't went without care and an aid since. A family oriented company ran by some of the most genuine people you will meet Highly recommended.

I'm not sure what Madeline or Alexis are talking about other than they are both disgruntled employees and maybe feel a need to lash out?
They've said the service from this company is not good. I DISAGREE. The company really strives to take care of me every way they possibly can. I've been with them a little over 2 years and, God willing, hope to be with them many more.

We have a very professional staff our environment is absolutely we also receive benefits direct deposit payroll advance and guidance if needed. This is the CEO of the company, I will take a few minutes out of my busy schedule to say thisToday was a special day, Very special.. My daughter and I opened another extension to our business which Al's includes helping others and coincidentally a one star review suddenly appears, What a devilish act. The hate and adversity is real..That was "staged" We NEVER hired anyone with the name Alexxus.. Being malicious makes us go harder because we're living out our assignment that was delivered by God and "NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER" I will pray for the you,May God order your foot steps, He's sure ordering ours... Phenomenally !!

I can't relate? The company i work for really is phenomenal! My check always cleared! And when my money was tight her daughter came through for me plenty of times. This company is like family and that how we treat our clients as well PERIOD.

I noticed the horrible review that was left regarding the best company I have ever worked for. I been with this company for going on 3 years. These wonderful ladies named Ms. Fraser & Tanji have been nothing less than GREAT to us as a whole Phenomenal is a family. The clients, coworkers, and office staff. I have NEVER had a pay issue since I've been working here and we receive direct deposit not paper checks. The company also offers employee benefits of payment advance options so it just seems very un realistic for this company to have any issues giving anyone what they have worked and earned. THANK YOU PHENOMENAL FOR ALL YOU DO NOT JUST FOR ME BUT FOR OUR COMMUNITY I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT SUCCESS AND GREAT FORTUNE.

Your lies don't add up sweetie, I mean bitter. Whatever happened in your past keep it there. Why lose sleep hating now? I love the community uplifting movement. So many are hired on the daily. This company is the worst and most unprofessional. I worked with the company and I went to cash the check I received and it wouldn't cash. After I said something to the mom the daughter then got angry and had an attitude because I wanted my money. I will never work for them again. And the daughter also uses the company to make fake pay stubs! I will be reporting them to Virginia Board of Nursing!

I have used this wonderful agency for several months and I can't be happier. The woman who runs it lives up to the name. If for som reason my aid becomes unavailable she I ready with a replacement. She has never left without someone here and that is truly phenomenal. And very unusual for most agencies. I have waited for weeks with other companies 5 stars all the way
