One Solution Home Care was founded in November 2012 by Dr. Syed Quadri and Dawn Douglas. Through their 15 year working relationship, Dr. Quadri and Dawn became aware of the issue regarding lack of personalized home health care services for the elderly, and worked to provide a solution. With their knowledge of the health care industry, coupled with a passion for helping those in need, One Solution Home Care was born. At One Solution Home Care, family members and clients are included as an integral part of the carethat we provide. Our in-home assessments include an evaluation with a registered nurse and a team of workers that will provide the best possible care plan that tailor fits the needs of each and every client. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is also an accomplished Chess player. He holds an MD and MBBS in Medicine.<br/><br/>Dawn Douglas has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 22 years and is experienced in all aspects of elderly care from nutritional and physical needs, to arthritis and dementia.
