My Preschool

I have over four years of experience as a preschool teacher and over four years of experience as a nanny of four. As a preschool teacher (2 years - 5 years old) I planned and implemented daily curriculum which included science, math, art, language and social studies. Daily focus was placed on developing each child's large/fine motor skills, imagination and cognitive learning. As a nanny of 4 (twin boys age 2, stepsister age 5 and step brother age 8). I have learned time management, patience and kindness will get you through the toughest days. :) One of the twins is hearing impaired and the other has CP. Through that experience I have learned sign language, orthopedic, physical and speech therapy. I enjoy caring for children, having fun and experiencing the world with them.

*ONLY ACCEPTING AGES 4-6*

Available: M-F 6:30 a.m. -6:30 p.m., overnights 6:30 p.m. -6:30 a.m. & Saturday

Location: Ogden & Frontenac (Aurora/Naperville) < 2 miles of Fox Valley Mall

Nutrition: Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, protein and whole grains served everyday with repeating weekly menu.

Field trips and outings: Zoo, children's museum, weekly story time at the library, picnics on the river walk, bike rides, YMCA classes available such as dance, sports and swimming for additional cost of class.

Circle time: Letter, number, color, shape, word, animal and weather of the day/week depending your child's development, calendar review, flash cards and word recognition, story time and story share.

M-F 6:30 a.m. -6:30 p.m. general daily schedule:

6:30-8:45 a.m. arrival, breakfast if needed, free play
8:45 clean up
9:00 circle time
9:30 snack
10:00 large motor activity/outside time/field trip
11:00 art/music/science/math
12:00 lunch
12:45 rest time
3:00 circle time
3:30 snack
4:00 fine motor activity
5:00 large motor/outside time
5:30 story time/free play
6:00 dinner optional
