My Place Early Learning Center

My Place provides a completely immersive learning experience. From our Spanish language learning to our physical fitness programs, we know that children learn best by DOING! To that end, we have a calendar of events that are available for children of allages to attend. Infant A: 6wk - 6mo The infant a program is designed to maximize your child's cognitive, physical and emotional development. It incorporates stimulating activities, with an atmosphere of caring, love and hugs, giving teachers fun activities to do with little ones all day! Infant B: 6mo - 12mo As your infant continues to grow, even a 6 month difference is a developmental significance! Our infants are starting to move a lot more, teachers read more stories, and infants explore and play while they learn! Infant C: 12mo - 18mo At this stage, infants are walking and exploring the world around them in a whole new way! The nursery becomes a classroom where lessons and curriculum become more familiar. Toddlers: 18mo - 24mo Toddlers are beginning to communicate verbally and we begin teaching non-verbal communication skills like sign language. Twos: 24mo - 36mo As your toddler becomes a two year old, they begin to improve their verbal communication skills as they learn the alphabet, counting and other core skills necessary for the classroom. Threes: 36mo - 48mo The threes program promotes your child's interest for learning. Children have a chance to develop their social and communication skills through activities and friendships. Shapes & figures, Spanish classes, outdoor plays, reading stories, arts & crafts, dressing up, counting, sensory activities, block-building activities are all introduced. Pre-K: 4yr - 5yr The pre-k program introduces the basic classroom situations, responsibilities and topics that will help them ready for the next journey of learning like: Math, speaking, arts & crafts, shapes & colors, dancing and even field trips! Bridge: 5yr - 6yr For children whom are eligible for school, but need a little more time to mature, our big day bridge program is designed to mirror the daily kindergarten format with similar lesson plans and schedule. Schoolers: For children that need before and/or after school care, our schoolers program is perfect!
