With more than 20 years of experience in caring for children, Sakia Dowdy acquired a Registration Certificate from Child Care Solutions agency to open her own daycare center. She continuously strives to improve the learningenvironment for children. Towards that end, Sakia continues to receive education as a student herself. Teachers and staff All MY PALS teachers and staff must take Early Childhood Education classes/CPR and First Aid, be fully trained to handle children. They are required to complete a number of courses prior to working at MY PALS Child Care Center. Continuing education is required for these assistants. All center teachers assistants & volunteers must undergo background check as required by law.
