Mrs Lourdes is amazing! She is calm, caring and loving with the children. You can tell she lives what she does and is great at it. She has cared for my son from 1 year old until 4. We are so sad that we had to move away, but my son still facetimes with her and the other kids still at the daycare. She has a great routine, she's great at teaching and picking up where each individual struggles and helping them. She provides great feedback to the parents. She teaches the children great manners. Lastly, when need be she can be flexible and understanding as life happens and she will work with you if she can. We miss her and recommend her highly!

I am writing this review with tears, knowing that my granddaughter will soon be moving on to VPK and no longer going to Ms Lourdes every day. I found Ms Lourdes by chance, and when I went to meet and interview her I instantly felt comfortable and actually thought "this is too good to be true". I quickly found out how truly blessed we have been. We have been with her since "G" was 14 months old and Lourdes is family.
The love and care she has provided the last 3 years is beyond measure. I've watched "G" grow and blossom daily in the loving, educational structure she has created. There has never been a single day that "G" wasn't excited and didn't want to go, in fact, most days I have a hard time getting her out the door to leave when I pick her up!
The daily structure, teaching, singing, creativity time, etc have more than prepared our little one for preK, in fact I have a feeling she will a quite ahead of most. Lourdes, you are our angel, and we will be forever grateful to you for the unconditional love and superior care you have provided!! We love you and will back to visit often!
I would tell anyone that if you are lucky enough to find Ms Lourdes with an opening for your child, don't hesitate! It'll be one of the best decision you'll ever make!

When I was referred to Ms. Lourdes, the mom referring me had such a glowing review, saying "once you are in, you are part of her family." I didn't understand quite what that meant at the time. So I took a tour and knew right away it was the right fit for my girls. Three years later, with both of my kids having been under her care, I can say with confidence that mom was correct.

Ms. Lourdes has been such a blessing and has become family to us. She is an exemplary caregiver, having infinite patience with the children, always being an example to them of kindness, love, and caring for others.

She provides individualized care for all the children while creating a nurturing and fun learning environment. Circle time, reading, songs, crafts, playground, coloring, learning the alphabet are all part of their day. With a 6>1 ratio and a provider of her caliber it's a perfect environment for my children to learn and grow. She gets the kids excited with special parties for holidays, or for no reason! Such as today they are having pajama party Friday. On the academic side, my girls were more than prepared for VPK. They both placed in advanced classes.

My daughters are both bigger now and after next week I won't have any children with Ms. Lourdes, with my youngest now moving on to VPK. Still she will always be family to us. I am forever grateful for what an amazing impact she has had on helping to shape my children to grow up to be the best that they can be!

Amazing amazing care with miss Lourdes.
When we moved to Florida it was hard to find someone that we could trust with our son. We tried a known daycare facility and were not happy at all. Through searching in our area we came across miss Lourdes and I have been extremely grateful that my son was able to be in her care. She cares for the children like her own and you can see the love they have for her. My son still says that is his school and his Lourdes :).
The patience, love and caring miss Lourdes has is one of a kind and hard to find. My son would still be attending her daycare but due to many changes going on right now he is not.
I trust miss Lourdes with my kids even my oldest loves her that's how loving she is.

Miss Lourdes is an absolute treasure! My three year old girl started right after she turned one, and my baby boy started just a few weeks ago at five months old. She has a true gift for catering to each child based on their needs, while also bringing all the children together for inclusive play and learning.

My toddler has a severe speech delay and Miss Lourdes has created an environment where she feels confident and comfortable. The love and patience Miss Lourdes exhibits is what every parent dreams of in a daycare provider.

When I had my second baby, I had no concerns or anxiety about going back to work after maternity leave because I knew that he would be in the best hands with Miss Lourdes.

Not only does she plan out fun and educational age-appropriate activities for the kids, she goes above and beyond with everything - holidays, birthdays, projects. Everything she does is out of love and genuine care for her kids.

She's also amazing at communicating with the parents - she will share everything, answer any questions, send pictures/updates.

I could go on for days about what a true gem Miss Lourdes is. My family and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding her, we are beyond grateful. Finding a place to leave your children when you can't be with them is not easy and comes with a lot of angst and stress - I have none of that when I drop my kids off with Miss Lourdes, I confidently walk away knowing that my kids are in the very best hands. I can honestly say that I knew the first moment I met Miss Lourdes that she was the one for us and we were incredibly lucky to secure spots in her daycare.

I would recommend Miss Lourdes to anyone - you won't find a more patient, loving, kind childcare provider - she's the very best!

It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Ms. Lourdes Family Daycare in regards to caring for children.

We had the pleasure of first meeting Mrs. Lourdes when our older son Andrew attended the previous day care that she worked at. He blossomed under her care. She continued to be his main teacher as he moved up into the preschool room. We had the pleasure of having her as our primary teacher for him for about 1.5 years. When our son left that daycare and moved on to VPK at different school, she continued to ask about our son and wanted to know how he was doing.

When we had our second son, Julius, I searched for a smaller home based daycare and was lucky enough to find that Mrs. Lourdes opened her own daycare 'Ms. Lourdes Family Daycare'. We were beyond thrilled! It was a smaller, boutique type setting that we were looking for. At that time our son, was dealing with separation anxiety challenges at the current daycare he was at. He was a child who had previously loved participating in class, especially music and circle time, and was now quiet and shy. Within a few weeks he had developed a wonderful bond with Mrs. Lourdes and always smiled, laughing and hugging her. She was sensitive to his needs and encouraged him throughout the class.

Mrs. Lourdes is easy to talk to. She is warm, open and genuine. She took our concerns seriously and engaged in a professional manner with everyone. Her lesson plans were very clear, diverse and centered on learning through play. She made our youngest son feel special every day. She asked how he was doing at home, we worked together to implement any routine's we had in place and it was with her consistently and effort that our son is fully potty trained.

My son goes to Ms. Lourdes Family Daycare. He has been there since he was 8 weeks old and he's now just over 3 years old. Not only is he advanced beyond others his age, he understands Spanish and has become such a joy to watch grow. I wish I could take all of the credit but I give Ms Lourdes a lot of the credit too. She loves and cares for the children as if they were her own; she takes the time to understand them and teach them in the way they learn; and she approaches them with patience. I have never seen someone be so calm in the middle of toddlers playing and vying for her attention. She's just amazing.

My son truly loves her. By Sunday of the weekend he is asking for her and when we go on vacation he tells me how much he misses her! She came to my son's birthday party and the kids that she teaches stopped everything when they saw her and ran and hugged her - she truly is one of a kind. As much as I love watching my son grow up, I fear the day he has to go to "big kid school". No one will teach him the way she does.

My daughter has been with Ms. Lourdes since she was 13 months. She has nurtured her as her own. My baby is now 4 years old and will sadly move on to VPK. The cozy atmosphere allows for a one and one learning experience with the children. She has had the same children for the last 3 years . There are always activities and events that Ms. Lourdes puts together. I highly recommend Ms. Lourdes to everyone. She is a great teacher.

There is not enough great things to say about Ms. Lourdes. My daughter has been in her care from 1.5 yrs to current - going on 4 yrs old. My family has been beyond blessed to have found Ms. Lourdes and I say this because she is full of love, positivity, knowledge and tons of patience:) I came to her nervous being a first time parent and leaving my child with a stranger--and WOW is the word that comes to mind--she eased my worries in no time at all. Ms. Lourdes allows the kids to go at their own pace when it comes to starting out being in her care, she allows them to feel comfortable without forcing anything. When it comes to teaching, I love how Ms. Lourdes is able to have my daughter learn songs, even ones in Spanish--I can't even get my daughter to remember where to put her toys but she knows a few songs in Spanish! That's way beyond--plus a second language never hurt anyone:)!! My daughter knows how to count, knows her #s, alphabet, animals, sounds, shapes, colors, you name it--my daughter has been taught SO much by Ms. Lourdes and is now ready for big school--thanks to her. I am still amazed every single day at how I see my daughter becoming such a smart, positive, happy, well-mannered, sweet lil person. It truly is unbelievable--and it is due to who Ms. Lourdes is and how she teaches our kids. I swear I didn't think I could get through potty training--another concern of mine--and can you believe Ms. Lourdes started my daughter on potty training--I swear I barely had to do a thing and my daughter was fully trained...how the heck does that happen--right? Well, it happened for a lot of us moms at Ms. Lourdes'. Love EVERYTHING ABOUT MS. LOURDES and HER DAYCARE. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
