I had a terrible experience. I am looking to put my daughter into preschool and they did not even give me the light of day. I sent them an email, and received a very dry to the point email. When I emailed back to try to schedule a tour I received no reply. Then, I went to the school physically during business hours, because sometimes you can be so busy as to forget to reply to an email, and no one was there. All I could hear were children crying inside but no adult was at the door. So I tried calling as a last attempt to receive information. Saro Mahesan, the school director, answered the phone. I asked if I could schedule a tour and she told me that they were not interested in my business. That they had a full infant classroom and there were no longer any spaces in any of the classrooms because they were being reserved for the infants. So I asked, "are you saying that you are not interested in my business?" And she said yes, that she was not interested. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. If this is how they treat possible future students, imagine how they treat families involved in the school. If I had an emergency, and had to pick up my daughter with no pass, there would be no one at the door to help me. Don't send your kids here. They're not interested in you or them.
