Great company to work for. I've seen the owner go above and beyond for her clients and employees. Most times when you work for a sitting agency it's very impersonal but not here. I've seen the owner take employees food and treats just because she wants them to know she appreciates them. She's a rare gem.

This company sucks. So unprofessional . If you want your loved ones in good hands, I would not choose this company. For one she higher the wrong king of people for the job. Number two everywhere the employees are sent it is always complaints because of the unprofessional service. It is totally and completely up to you as to what company you choose. Not trying to put no one down or trying to keep this company from succeeding. I would love to see this company progress, but so unprofessional in every way. This company deserves no stars period, but must give at least one in order to submit comment. Be wise when choosing care for your loved ones.

Don't treat employees like they should.. show favoritism and does trust her own employees. Talk about the employees. She does not show companionship for clients.
