About the business
As a mother of two grown children I know the importance of placing your child in a loving, secure and clean home environment. As your daycare provider I will do all I can to provide your child with just such an environment. I also understand the need for parents to feel at ease when leaving your child to go to work. With more than 20 years of experience, I strive to provide your child with nurturing and stimulating surroundings. I encourage them to participate in age appropriate playtime activities such as, story time, music time, and imaginative play. I have one child friendly dog and my home is smoke-free.

Sandy was a fantastic day care provider for my son who was age 2-3 while with her. She is very knowledgeable about development and has a variety of educational toys, puzzles, and books. She takes them outside when possible. She uses positive praise to encourage desired behaviors and is clear and consistent with expectations. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone seeking a caring and reliable daycare provider.

Sandy has been taking care of my daughter for two years now, and I she has truly been a lifesaver by providing a clean, safe, fun place for my girl to go when I'm at work. She has been nothing short of amazing. She's punctual, consistent, and only cancels when it's absolutely necessary. I have no hesitation recommending Sandy to any friend who needs daycare. She is kind, caring, and consistent. She has watched several children of my friends for several years, which is how I learned about her. We are all teachers, admin, or school support staff for. The kids get lots of indoor, hands on play time as well as gross motor activity outside and her big backyard with age-appropriate things to climb on. I always know that my daughter is watched, cared for, with the same care someone would give their own child. Sandy really is the best of the best.

Sandy is wonderful with our little girl Emma. Emma loves spending her days at Miss Sandy's. Sandy has been a godsend to us. She and Emma have truly bonded and we will miss her when Emma goes on to preschool. Sandy and the children spend time reading, playing, blowing bubbles...Emma gets so excited when Miss Sandy has a new book or toy (which is quite often) and has so much to tell about her days at Miss. Sandy's. My husband and I couldn't be happier and Emma agrees.

As a mom, who happens to have a graduate degree in early childhood education, I write this recommendation without hesitation. Sandy is a loving and caring person who has provided a safe, structured, and consistent environment for my 3-year-old for the past two years. He comes home each day with a smile on his face, full of stories about what he learned that day through play, reading books, trying out new puzzles, or just playing outside with his friends. If you are looking for an in-home child care provider who you can leave your child with each day with peace of mind, knowing they will be safe and loved, look no further.

Sandy has taken of care my 3 old son for the past two years. She is an outstanding care provider. My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience. We can go to work with the peace of mind that our son is in a safe, clean, and caring environment. Our son is very happy at Sandy's and is learning so many developmentally appropriate things.
