To qualify for our Adult Daycare program, each applicant must meet a certain specific eligibility criteria required by the Department of Health and Senior Services. Any client with a Medical Diagnosis such as; Hypertension, Diabetes, Cognitive Impairment, Dementia and/or Depression qualifies for our services.
