My child attended this daycare from early on, about 10 weeks old. He was sick constantly after starting this day care. When the pandemic struck he stayed home with us and of course became healthy. Since then, we have started a different day care and he has been there for two months. He has not been sick once. I really feel this daycare did not do the best job with cleaning and sanitizing. Numerous times I would come in to pick up my child and he would have toys in his mouth. I was a little frustrated because no one to deterred him from putting things in his mouth. In addition, I would wash his hands before leaving. The teacher actually asked, "Do you think washing his hands really helps him?" I was speechless and wondering, "Do you wash my child's hands?" Why is he so sick all of the time? Instead of closing the center, to sanitize during an outbreak of RSV, my child contracted the virus and almost died. There was no compassion or outreach from the center to check in on him while he was in ICU for a week. Now that we are in a better place, I clearly see the difference and there is a need for a more effective sanitizing protocol.
