If you want to get talked down on or get treated lees then an adult this is the place for you. You can try your best to please this lady but nothing is good enough. She think she can talk to you anyway she wants to and if defend yourself. She always saying that your arguing. She rather you shut up and take the abuse. She been doing this way to long that its be coming a comfortable habbit.she give you a raise but cut your hours so will never get ahead,your is basically at the same pay rate and every Personal problem happen in Her life seems to get dumped on the staff it s there fault.not honest say one thing and will say she never said it and will have staff sign everything in writing to hold against them in the future.. always trying to intimidate the staff with threatening letter saying they won't get they check if they don't turn in certain papers like a self-assessment test. NOT GOOD PLACE TO WORK!!!
