Philosophy
1. Our goal is to provide excellent childcare by having an environment that is safe and fun for the children to learn and play.
2.My Program will be build on children's interests and their abilities.
3.It will give me ability to personalize each child's uniqueness and respond to their needs and parents alike.
4.I believe in parent involvement and suggestions. I truly believe that teachers and parents are partners in helping their children learn and develop. My program focus on relationship with not just the child but the parents as well.
5.I come from a country with a great history which contributes to my passion about children. Caring and doing best for the children of my care comes so naturally from inside me!
Daily Schedule
8:00am -8:30am - Arrivals and Free Play
8:30am -9:15am - Breakfast
9:15am- 10:00am - Art Time and Projects
10:00am -11:30am - Weather permitting = Outdoor Play time or Indoor Exercise Time
11:15am - Snack Time
11:15-12:00pm - Outdoor time or exercise time
12:00-12:45pm - Lunch Time
12:45pm - Nap time Prep & Reading/Story Time
1:00pm -3:00pm - Nap/Quiet Time
3:15pm - PM Snack Time
3:30pm -4:15pm - Music & Dance Time
4:15pm -4:45pm - Afternoon art time and activities
4:45pm - 5:00pm - Clean up and Pick ups
*Diapers and Potty Breaks are AS NEEDED or every 2 hours
Vacation and Sick days
With Full time enrollment, you are entitled to one week (5 days) vacation time that will be at 50% off your rate. Vacation time must be used for consecutive days, although if sufficient notice is provided, can be used non-consecutively. Any additional time will be paid at the regular weekly rate. You must notify us of your intent to use your vacation time.
Late Pick up
Pick up on Time - I understand that everyone runs late once in a while and at times there are things we can't control (the weather, traffic, etc.) Out of courtesy, please call stating you are running late and when we should expect you. There is a $10 charge per 15-minute intervals.
For Part time enrollment you are not entitled to any vacation or unpaid days unless your contracts states otherwise.

While parents are undoubtedly the biggest influence on a child's development and social interaction, there are gaps and opportunities for people such as Lilyana to make positive influences. Each day in Lilyana's care is quality stimulation and growth opportunity for our son. She offers not only supervision, but also interaction and genuine attention for him. Daily activities such as coloring, reading, and playing with toys were a welcome during cold winter months. Warmer weather allows for additional stimulations such as sidewalk chalk, fresh air, and exposure to a home water play pad. Lilyana has introduced our son to new foods and encouraged him to at least try them. For a time, we had been having trouble getting him to eat solid foods but with Lilyana's help we are past that. Raising children seems to always come with some kind of new developmental stage. I am happy to have Lilyana help guide our son.

Lily's care and passion for children is apparent from the first time you speak with her. Lily takes care of my now 5 month old part time as I returned to work. I was nervous about leaving my daughter for the first time and Lily was very understanding and sent me updates and pictures all day to ease my worry. She continues to send updates on how naps, eating, and activities go with pictures to this day. You can tell how much she cares for the children in her care.
Her home is warm and welcoming with proper precautions to keep it safe. She has the children actively engaged in activities and socializing with each other in an organized manner. I would definitely recommend Lily for care. I feel very good knowing she is looking after my baby and know my baby is having fun and playing with others while she is there.
