About
Explorers Christian Child center is centered around Christ. The children learn about Jesus during Jesus time and bible stories, praying before our meals, and praying for our friends and family. We include Him in our classrooms and our day. We use a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for each age group, teaching them Gross Motor skills, Fine motor, social, language, math, science, geography and life skills. We learn these skills through a variety of ways, hands on, listening, pretending, playing and more. Each age group is progresses to the next with the foundation that is needed to continue learning and growing, ultimately preparing them for Kindergarten.
Explorers is open from 6:00 am- 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We serve children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
We also have a Ready K class for those that will be attending Kindergarten in the upcoming school year with flexible days to choose from, M-F, 9:00 am- 11:30 am.
