We are here to find your family a perfect nanny or sitter that is as unique as your family. No matter how detailed you are in your request for a nanny we can guarantee we have someone for you. We do everything from the interviewing process, verifyingreferences and experiences to completing background checks, drug screening and administering a basic minimum skills test. We work with professional partner companies to ensure an accurate criminal background check that includes sex offenders registry and DMV records and a professional diagnostics testing company that provides an instant and accurate drug screening of all of our nannies. Education is important to Kirstin and that is why all of our nannies have at least a high school diploma or has received their GED. In some cases our sitters are under the age of 18 and may not have graduated from high school yet so we verify their enrollment in high school courses. All of our nannies are at least 21 years old and the minimum age for our sitters is 16 years old. We require that all nannies have at least five years of paid childcare experience and at least three verifiable references. We require that all of our sitters have at least one year of childcare experience and at least one verifiable reference. All nannies and sitters are CPR and First Aid certified.… Read more
