Hi, my name is Kate. I have been working as PA and housekeeper full-time for 3 years. I currently live in Lewisville and I am 37 years old. The first house I took care of was a doctor's house in Colleyville. There were five members of the family, the parents, two children and the doctor's wife's mother who was sick. The also had 1 dog. They were very nice people and my boss, the doctor's wife, was wonderful to work for. My job duties included running errands, cooking, and cleaning the house. I was able to do many things for them, such as check the house to see if any thing was broken or needed repaired. If something needed repair, I would contact the repair man and have them come out and fix the item. Other duties were taking care of the dog. The dog and I got a long very well. My other job duty was taking care of my manager's sick mother. I would feed her and clean her, even though she had a nurse to do that for her. She always wanted me to do those kinds of things for her instead of the nurse. I had to resign from this job because my husband had to have major surgery, however, we are still very good friends with them. The second house I worked at, was for a husband and wife who owns a company in Flower Mound. They enjoyed my cooking and the work I did for them. I was with them for about 6 months and then I had to go back to my birth country for 3 months because my brother passed away. I came back to the states after the funeral and worked for them a little while longer. I am now looking for a new family to take care of.
