J+l Kid Kare

We are a husband and wife team who have experience working with children ages 0-18. We met at a summer camp for kids grades 4-12 where we served as volunteers for several summers, and then we came on full-time summer staff (I was on staff for 5 summers,he for 6). Additionally I have had over 11 years experience baby-sitting children of all ages, and I have had 1.5 years working in the public school system with special needs students. My husband has worked as a substitute teacher for grades K-8, and he spent a year in Costa Rica teaching middle school English. He has also worked periodically over the years in churches playing songs for children. We both love kids, and we balance each other out very well in our ability to provide quality child care.
