Independent Living is a local nonprofit based in Madison, Wisconsin. Seniors and adults with disabilities age confidently with support from our home-delivered services or by living in one of our senior communities. In home services feature personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, household financial management (bills, budgets and mail, for example), medication set-ups with a licensed nurse, and home modifications (ranging from grab bars and ramps to bathroom change-outs andmedical equipment). Our on-staff carpenter makes it easy to get the work done. Meal preparation by caregivers is offered as is Evening Meals on Wheels. <br/> We also offer senior living communities in Madison, Fitchburg and Sun Prairie.
