My husband has been diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophe. He recently went through a stint in the hospital followed by inpatient rehab. Upon returning home he could do absolutely nothing for himself. I contacted Homestead to help us take care of his needs.
I was, and continue to be so impressed with the skills and professionalism of the Homestead staff. I have found the administrator extremely flexible and "hands on". As my husband improves through physical and occupational therapies, the Homestead staff make any necessary adjustments to accommodate his needs.
I can safely say that I would highly recommend the Homestead organization for anyone requiring physical and or mental support.

The Homestead Team at Bellbrook in Rochester Hills, MI are exceptionally caring and professional. It's difficult to find and trust caregivers these days. I personally feel extremely confident in recommending Homestead Bellbrook to anyone out there that is looking for solid quality and compassionate care for their loved-ones.

When my mother began to decline in her independent living apartment in Dearborn, Maria and her staff stepped in and helped. Her prompt and kind attention made my mother trust her and count on her when I wasn't available. Her communication with me was always quick and clear, which I valued. My mother trusted her, as did I. When hospice became necessary and my mothers caregiving needs increased, Maria found good people to help. Every caregiver on her staff was polite, patient, and willing to go the extra mile if needed. Her team truly supported and encouraged me throughout a very difficult time and I am grateful. I don't know how I would have managed without the experience and support I received from this wonderful woman,

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the Home Stead Health Care Services team for the exemplary care they provide to my mom. Not only are they extremely efficient, they offer an abundance of kindness, compassion and professionalism; and often go "above and beyond the call of duty."
My mom is living in a senior independent living community in the Dearborn area, and I live in Florida. Trust is imperative, especially during our current times of this COVID19 Pandemic. The personal relationship I've developed with Maria has eased my mind as I have an open line of communication with her and I continue to trust she will call whenever necessary.

I will soon celebrate 2 years as an Homestead employee. I worked in the care giving field for 17 years and I can say that the homestead team embraced me as a family member. My supervisors are there for me to help me be successful, they provide all the tools and support I need to perform my job. I am extremely proud that I can be a part of such a great company who always strive to provide the best care possible for our customers.

Beautiful place to live , loving people, and clean environment

The team is wonderful they provide top level care to my in laws and peace of mind for the family. They are very thoughtful and caring during this stressful time. When my father in law was declining and in hospice care, Homestead was there providing compassionate care better than hospice ever did or could. After he had passed. Homestead very caringly helped my mother in law post photos on 3 picture boards for the funeral. The exercise kept my mother busy and Homestead was a great help.
I unfortunately did not use Homestead Home Health Care for my mother a few years ago and did not nearly receive the same level of care. It was a horrible experience.
HOMESTEAD IS THE BEST!

I am guardian for my brother John who has MS and is confined to a wheelchair. I live 900 miles from John so I can only visit him every few months. Homestead HHC has been providing care for John for three years - first at All Seasons in Bloomfield and now at Henry Ford Village in Dearborn - and I am extremely thankful for their care of John. What makes Homestead exceptional is the involvement of the supervisors. The supervisors at all levels take a personnel interest in John's welfare. I especially want to recognize Cheri Ciminelli, Liz Anthony and Maria Bumbut for their knowledge, professionalism and compassion. Cheri oversaw the aides at All Seasons and Liz and Maria manage John's care at HFV. They have always been very aware of what's happening on a day-to-day basis and pro-active in suggesting changes in John's care as changes in his condition - up or down - warranted. In many respects, John's quality of life has improved in the past three years thanks to the efforts of these caring individuals and many others at Homestead!

Homestead provided home-care/private-duty nursing to my mother when she was in independent living at Henry Ford Village (Dearborn, MI). They subsequently provided escort services when she was in assisted living.

My mother very much liked and appreciated the efforts of her Homestead care-givers. I always found the Homestead site-management staff very professional, kind and helpful.

I would like to express my praises for the Homestead Health Care staff at Pine Ridge of Hayes. When you are there you can see the loving care and concern that Linda and her staff have for the residents. They are always watching over them and you can tell by the way they talk to them and the hugs they give that the residents are well loved and cared for by the staff.
It is nice that Homestead is there 24hrs a day.
My mom has been at Pine Ridge for 4 years and I can talk to Linda or the staff about how my mom is doing anytime I am there.
You can be assured of great care by all the staff at Pine Ridge of Hayes.

I've worked with Homestead for over 2 years and I can honestly say it's the best place I've ever worked. It's not perfect but the people are amazing, the culture is inspirational and there is always a desire to offer opportunities for advancement to the employees. Overall it's just a company with good values and the care they provide comes from the heart.

My mom has been a resident of PineRidge of Hayes for over a year. I find this awesome staff to be caring and supportive. Linda is very hands on with the residents and keeps me informed.

My Aunt (91), has been in MI making this her home since graduating from college. No family there altho, many senior friends. We had been investigating senior living options in and around her home. I collecting pamphlets and having my own file as I live in CA, being able to retrieve the similar info when we have phone conversations, is helpful. Late fall, her health found her in and out of hospital, rehab and in home health care, (PT, OT, & case nurse) this continued thru the spring. As insurance tends to some of this for a certain amount of time, it was apparent that the need for continued help as she built her strength would be needed. The PAMPHLET, that lead us to Carl and Traci.
I had given it to her, she phone Carl, and he introduced her to and Angel Sent from Above.
Not only is Traci a very skilled and knowledgeable RN, but the way she treats people with such dignity and respect, as if they were her own family is so reassuring that the care my Aunt has and continues to receive is just perfect in every way.
Traci has a way of talking and suggesting, without making my Aunt feel as tho she has no say or control, allowing her to be the independent woman she wants to be, making decisions for herself with regards to her health, home and day to day.
Traci is a trusted RN, confidant, friend, and has become like a family member with the care, friendship and yet still being very much a professional. It has been so reassuring as I sit back and watch these two woman, talk, laugh, share stories about everything under the sun, I know my Aunt receives more than just skilled nurse assistance, as Traci genuinely cares about her clients/patients well being and comfort and needs no matter what.
My heart is at peace to know we have such a very special person to go to, with any concern, she is an incredible listener, and has great creative advice should something come up. She follows thru and stays true to her word when she says she will call or be there SHE DOES IT.
I would like to thank Carl, and Traci's Family and Friends for sharing her with so many others, she works long hard hours and days, and really puts people first, in this busy world this is really rare, individuals are so in a "all about ME mode", Traci is 360 in the opposite of that, she is a What Can I Do to Help type of person. I know her Family is her WORLD, and they ARE just as special, as she puts others first and tends to our loved ones. Thank you to them again from my heart you are all so blessed to call her wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. And to God, thank you for such an Angel on this earth that gives so much of herself and puts families at ease knowing their Sr. family members are given the best care, friendship and loved by Miss Traci R. SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST RN/CASE NURSE, AND I AM THANKFUL SHE CROSSED OUR PATH, and is OUR TRACI, RN..... love her like family .
