The transportation services are run horribly. While there were 1 or 2 dedicated, professional drivers, there were others that should never have been entrusted to transport our handicapped loved ones. For example, the manager frequently forgot to document client schedules and there would suddenly be no pick up to either travel to a location or return home. One driver drove erratically at night, singing and playing loud music all while being videoed by a teenage passenger. Clients at times were left at their work locations, and the manager Corey would not answer his phone when he was called. One of their drivers would show up 3 hours early and sit in my driveway to "sleep" until he had to transport my niece to work. At other times, they would be late, or not show up at all.
I could write a book about the issues with this company, but my advice is to avoid them if you care about those who they are transporting.

This is the best company I have ever worked with. When I send them a referral I know my patient is going to get the best nursing care possible. Their staff is very reliable and friendly. They always keep me informed with what is going on with my patients and that means a lot to me. As a healthcare professional I would highly recommend this company.

After seeing an opportunity for a part time driving position I went to the facility and filled out the application. After speaking with Corey it was implied that people would be brought in for interviews and that as soon as I knew my full availability for him I should call and let him know. I was successful in changing my hours around at my full time job to have full availability for the position. I then called Corey and a woman answered who claimed to take my information and assured me that Corey would be made aware. One week and two more phone calls later I'm unable to get past Corey's answering machine and no calls have been returned. If Corey wasn't interested in even bringing me in for an interview then why did he waste both his time and my time with any of this. I do not appreciate this at all.

This is a poorly run company. Do not pick people up on time. Make people late for work. Over schedule the driver with impossible goals! Corey does not answer his cell phone to the driver or clients. Someone above Corey needs to call me!
