Our experience with them has been extremely disappointing. A complete disregard to the patient and the family. Missed appointments, broken promises, calls never returned, etc. Having a parent with care needs is difficult enough without dealing with people that just do not care. Reached out to management and was ignored as well. Will be willing to share contact names if reached out to direct.
