At Hands with Heart Home Healthcare we don't sell home care services we provide Peace of mind . Our amazing caregivers provide activity of daily living needs services to seniors and veterans and or their surviving spouses. We accept post surgical patients, or anyone in need. We provide transportation to and from doctors appointments for continuum of care. Daily Hygiene is extremely important which in turn gives our clients a sense of wellness. Additionally we run errands and or do your shopping. Medicationreminders are extremely important to prevent re-hospitalization and or confusion when staying compliant with doctors orders. Exercise encouragement, walking assistance transfers are a must when caring for our clients. We have designed a memory care packet for our Dementia Alzheimer's clients to help with any confusion.
