They are big liars they want you to do 2 people for 14.00 and they making all that money an hour and they don't have many cases and I'm not doing 2 people for that low wage I want what they are getting an hour!!!!!!

It appears you are still confused about how our billing system works. We do not charge couples double rate, we simply never have and never will. You were informed prior to your starting with the company that you would be set on a probationary period of 2 weeks at $14/hr and after successfull completion of the probationary period you would have been given a raise with the addition of retroactive payment to include the amount in difference of your raise. You were also informed about the case prior to acceptance. We never put caregivers on cases that they have would have a problem/concern with. Hampton Roads Home Care LLC still remains one of/ if not the highest paying home care in all of the Hampton Roads area.

I don't really like doing reviews because they take a long time and I expect to get good service if I'm paying for it. But Hampton Roads Home Health Care really came through when everyone else we tried didn't.

I cannot begin to express how compassionate and empathetic Hampton Roads Home Care really is when it came to caring for my mother. I vetted many other companies and by far, this company was well represented and very informative. Since I lived 3.5 hours away, I wanted someone to give the personal care required on a day basis. And Josh, the office manager, understood what was important for us and the essential type of care needed which was impressive because they went above and beyond. Needless to say, this was one of the best decisions made to hire them.
Anything questions or concerns we had, they were only phone call away (24 hrs.) or an email replied within a matter of minutes. We knew in advance if a replacement was to be made for a particular day which one of the owners would show. Their staff are very friendly, personable and well trained especially during the COVID pandemic. We could not have a chosen a better company! Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

Extremely helpful and budget friendly. I couldn't afford much and they worked with me to make sure I got the best care I could get. Josh is a very wonderful young man who always called me every week to make sure I was stocked up with soap and gloves. This company really cares about the people that they take care of. Thank you

Best home care ever with the lowest price!!!!
I needed someone to come in and take care of my mom because I am working. they never called out and the owner even offered to cover the shifts if there ever was a call out. I highly recommend calling them if your just shopping for prices they've got the lowest rates of any company in the area. I was never pressured into using their services and they sat with me on the phone and explained everything about home care.

I was the guardian of my Aunt for 5 years. In that time used a few care companies. Hampton Roads Home Care is the ONLY one that did everything they said they would and MORE ! If an aid was out, the owner showed up. If my aunt had any issues going on the owner showed up. They answer the phone day or night. The level of caregivers in their employment exceeds any of the other companies as well and they were still the most affordable. It was definitely a "load lightener" when I found them in desperation after yet another broken promise from the provider I was using. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend them.
